TO ORDER Please include catalog number, price, description and color of each item. Pieces can be ordered in White Pearl, Doll Flesh, Pale Pink, Yellow, and Lite Blue. Colors are slightly higher -- 25-50 cents. Please print or type complete name, address, and zip code. Deliveries cannot be made to a route or box number. Please allow four to six weeks for delivery. Please add 20% to the total of your bill for handling and shipping charges (Minimum $5.50 shipping and handling). CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ADD 7 % SALES TAX. |
